Authentic Shanghais fried buns! Waiting time is a bit long but the food worth it. Might work better if managing expectation ahead (such as listing the potential waiting time for time-consuming dishes on the menu). Arrived around 1pm over the weekend and the restaurant is about 3/4 full with sufficient distance between tables.

The best place for pan fried buns! Juicy inside and some crunchy crust on the soft bun. Also tried the dry noodle it’s delicious with just simple ingredients. Good service and comfortable, safe inside for dine in.
The only place I've found authentic shengjian as a Shanghainese. Very well-done wrapping with thick crunchy bottom.
Scallion noodles are not worth it.
